Do you allow pets?

Most of our properties welcome pets. To ensure that our properties are kept in good condition,
we require a $
400 of which $200 is non-refundable pet move-in fee. There is also a limit of
2 pets per apartment.  We do not allow aggressive breeds of dogs.
This includes the following breeds: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow and Doberman.

Note: Mixed breed animals are classified according to which breed the animal most resembles
in appearance and behavior.

How do I apply for an apartment?

There is a $
45 non-refundable application fee. Submitted applications are good for 30 days.

What are the qualifications I must meet to be approved for an apartment?

In order to be approved for an apartment, you must have an income three times as great as the
amount of rent per month, have favorable rental history (on time rent payments, no returned
checks no lease violations, or evictions), and you must have a favorable credit history.
An application may be denied based on credit for the following reasons, including,
but not limited to: open collections from utility companies, bankruptcy in the last
84 months, civil court judgements, previous landlord collections, foreclosure,
mortgage payments in arrears within the past year and credit card payments in arrears
within the past year.

How much is a security deposit?

A security deposit is equal to one month of rent, unless otherwise stated. 
The security deposit is non-refundable once received, after application is accepted. 
A security deposit will hold an apartment for up to thirty days.

What utilities are included in rent?

Water, trash, and sewer are included in monthly rent.  Electric and gas are the responsibility of the
tenant at most of our properties, and must be set up in tenant's name before keys can be turned over.

Who do I contact with a maintenance issue?

We have 24 hour maintenance, 365 days per year. During business hours, you’ll simply contact
your designated property manager with an issue. You can submit your request on-line through our
website or over the phone.
